Shortlisted for two different episodes in the Interview and Sex, Family & Relationships categories, the podcast has been chosen from more than 400 entries across the country.

Hosted by former BBC Landward presenter Sarah Stephen, Blether Together sees Farmstrong travel across Scotland each month to talk to farmers and crofters about the everyday pressures of the job, and the small changes and simple habits that can make a big difference to how people feel and function.

The Scottish Podcast Awards are the first dedicated national awards for podcasting in Scotland, judged by an independent panel of around 50 industry experts. Winners will be announced at a ceremony at Glasgow's Old Fruitmarket on 25 June.

Alix Ritchie, Director at Farmstrong said: “The nominations are a welcome recognition of the difference that peer-to-peer conversations make in our agricultural communities, where people are often reluctant to talk openly about their wellbeing, and the challenges and importance of looking after it.”

Farmstrong delivers a preventative, action-based programme encouraging Scotland's farming and crofting community to take positive steps to feel good and function well, through events, peer-led conversations, real-life stories and practical free resources.
