Jock Gibson, Farmer and Butcher at Edinvale Farm, near Forres never imagined farming full-time but an unexpected family loss changed his plans.
Returning to the family farm following a career in engineering, Jock had to learn how to run the farming business as well as their own butchery, selling meat reared on the farm.
In this video, he shares his own story as well as what he learnt along the way and how his wellbeing has been positively impacted by the small steps he incorporated into daily life.
