Katie Insch

Katie joined JCM&Co in April 2024 as an Account Manager, bringing broad experience across the public sector and the Royal Household. She manages a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery and strong day‑to‑day collaboration. Before JCM&Co, Katie worked for over a decade as a policy officer and also served at the Royal Household at Balmoral and Buckingham Palace. She holds an Honours degree in Rural Business Management (SRUC Aberdeen, 2020) and a master’s‑level qualification in Sustainable Global Diets (University of Aberdeen). Based in Aberdeenshire on a sheep and beef farm with her husband and four children, Katie is passionate about client relationships, on‑the‑ground engagement, media liaison, and evaluating activities and campaigns.
